Our featured products are hand-crafted and freshly made, therefore these items are not eligible for refund/exchange once the order has been shipped. If you would like to cancel an order prior to item(s) being shipped, please email @lilislocx@gmail.com or fill out a form on the Contact Us page and include your request and order information.
Damaged/Lost/Stolen
Once order is shipped, Lili's Loc'x is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We encourage you to reach out to your postal carrier to inquire further to resolve any issues with damaged/lost/stolen goods.
